Email hello@pusomerch.com — this is the fastest way and keeps a record of your order. You can also message us on our social pages.
Business hours
9am – 5pm, Tuesday to Saturday (PHT). We keep Sunday & Monday for church and family, so messages sent then are answered on Tuesday. Most emails get a reply within one business day.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is picked up by the courier. Metro Manila usually arrives in 2–3 business days; provincial deliveries take 3–10 business days.
What to include
Your order number, the name used at checkout, and photos if the issue is with the item itself. It helps us resolve things in one reply instead of five.
Bulk, school, and church orders
Planning to order for a class, retreat, or youth group? Email us first with the quantity and delivery date so we can confirm stock and shipping.
