All orders are subject to stock availability. We confirm your order by email once payment is received. We may cancel an order if an item becomes unavailable, if pricing was listed in error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity.

Orders must be paid within 24 hours of checkout, otherwise the reserved items are released back to stock. If you need more time, email us — grace is always available.

All prices are in Philippine Pesos (PHP) and exclude shipping fees, which are computed at checkout based on your delivery address. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price shown at the time of a confirmed order is the price you pay.

Product photos are shot in natural light; slight variations in colour, paper texture, and trim are part of small-batch printing and are not considered defects. All written material, artwork, and photography on this site belongs to Puso Merch and may not be reproduced, resold, or reprinted without written permission.

Bulk orders for schools, churches, and youth groups are welcome — email us first so we can confirm stock and shipping. Reselling our items under another brand is not allowed.

Our responsibility is limited to the value of the items you purchased. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, or events outside our control.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
