When you order, we collect your name, email address, contact number, and delivery address. If you contact us by email or social media, we keep that conversation so we can follow up on your order.
Payment information
Card and e-wallet payments are processed by our payment provider on their own secure checkout page. We never see or store your full card number, CVV, or e-wallet credentials.
How we use your information
To confirm and pack your order, to hand over your address to our courier for delivery, to answer your questions, and — only if you opt in — to send occasional updates about new releases.
Who we share it with
Only the courier delivering your parcel and our payment provider. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
Your bag is stored in your browser so your items are still there when you come back. We use basic analytics to understand which pages are helpful.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to unsubscribe from updates, at any time by emailing us. We keep order records only as long as needed for bookkeeping.
